How to Use the Motorcycle Wheel Lift
Using the wheel lift is simple and only requires a few steps.
1. Position the Motorcycle
Before carrying out any maintenance, park your motorcycle on a flat, stable and sufficiently clear surface. The motorcycle must be completely stable before you begin.
The wheel lift is designed to be used with a motorcycle that is properly secured in position. It must not be used to support a motorcycle that could tip over.
2. Lock the Front Brake
Before raising the rear wheel, use the supplied strap to hold the front brake lever in the applied position.
This step locks the front brake and immobilises the front wheel, helping to limit motorcycle movement while using the wheel lift.
3. Position the Wheel Lift
Then place the wheel lift under the swingarm, at the designated contact point. Check that it is correctly positioned and resting securely before continuing.
4. Raise the Rear Wheel
Operate the wheel lift to slightly raise the rear wheel off the ground. Once the wheel is sufficiently lifted, it can be turned manually to make maintenance easier.
5. Remove the Wheel Lift
Once maintenance is complete, carefully lower the wheel back to the ground and make sure the motorcycle is stable again before completely removing the wheel lift.
An Essential Accessory for Road Trips
